Yogadhara is a yoga teacher for the past 25 years. She has been blessed to receive training from Swami Niranjanananda and Swami Sivamurti
She regularly returns to BSY and Satyanadashram Greece for further training as well as ongoing courses with SwamiYogajyoti in Cork.
Having the inspiration of our tradition and the gurus of our tradition has been the guiding light through the inevitable challenges of her life.
